Finance Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our growing finance team in Birmingham. You will provide essential administrative support across a range of finance processes, helping to keep our financial and employee records accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain financial and employee records in line with company procedures and compliance standards.
• Update and manage finance databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Process documentation and support the preparation of regular finance reports.
• Assist colleagues in finance and operational departments with queries and ad‑hoc tasks.
• Support the wider finance function with a variety of administrative duties.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships across departments.
• Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Good IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel, to generate weekly stakeholder reports.
