About the role
We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join a busy finance team on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract. This part‑time position (three days per week) is based in Birmingham City Centre and offers the chance to work with transactional finance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Process purchase ledger invoices.
- Maintain and reconcile cashbooks.
- Manage supplier queries.
- Assist with payment runs.
- Support the wider finance function with administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant or in a purchase ledger role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Comfortable using finance systems.
What we offer
- Competitive salary pro‑rata (£26,000‑£30,000 per year).
- Fixed‑term contract (9 months).
- Part‑time schedule (3 days per week) in a central Birmingham location.
