About the role
The Investment Advisor scheme aims to give candidates a broad range of experience and training. As a Finance Advisor you will support the branch/desk, adapt to evolving responsibilities and provide professional assistance using departmental resources.
Key responsibilities
- Develop commercial awareness through self‑motivated study and proactive work.
- Become an effective team member by learning the firm’s systems, processes and client services.
- Complete the CISI Masters in Wealth Management within the allocated 36‑month period.
- Support day‑to‑day operations of the branch/desk while adapting to changing duties.
Required profile
- Evidence of leadership, such as sporting achievements or responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Can‑do attitude with a genuine interest in financial services.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organised, efficient and a strong team player.
