About the role
Love getting under the bonnet of a business rather than simply reporting the numbers? This high‑growth, PE‑backed organisation is seeking an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join its expanding finance team in Basingstoke.
Key responsibilities
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Variance analysis and performance reporting
- Financial modelling and scenario planning
- Board and investor reporting
- Business partnering across multiple stakeholders
Required profile
- Qualified or part‑qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Strong Excel and modelling skills
- Experience producing management information and stakeholder reporting
- Commercial mindset and analytical approach
