Finance Applications Manager

About the role

The Finance Applications Manager is the operational owner of Centellic’s enterprise finance application ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Services, the role ensures finance systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end operation of finance applications, maintaining service ownership, support models and a prioritized roadmap.
• Provide day‑to‑day support, incident triage and problem coordination, especially during month‑end closing.
• Monitor system health, logs, alerts and interfaces, routing failures to the appropriate technical or vendor team.
• Oversee native integrations and APIs between finance systems and platforms such as Salesforce, SAP Concur, Navan and Workday Adaptive.
• Manage access, security and compliance, including SSO, role administration and segregation of duties.
• Apply formal change and configuration control for upgrades, patches and new releases.
• Coordinate with vendors, track licences and seek cost optimisation opportunities.
• Identify automation and process‑improvement opportunities to enhance finance application operations.
