About the role
This 12‑month fixed‑term position supports a collaborative finance team in Bicester, handling day‑to‑day financial operations and ensuring smooth financial processes.
Key responsibilities
- Process sales and purchase invoices
- Manage employee expenses and company credit‑card transactions
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control activities
- Prepare supplier payment runs and process payments
- Set up new supplier and customer accounts
- Respond to finance queries and provide business‑wide support
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar finance assistant role
- Good understanding of invoice processing, bank reconciliations and payment processes
- Experience in credit control with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with an ERP or accounting system
