Finance Assistant – Part-Time (16 hrs/week)

About the role

Our client is looking for a highly organised Finance Assistant to join their team on a part‑time basis (approximately 16 hours per week). You will provide essential finance and administrative support across the business, ensuring invoices are raised accurately and records are kept up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Raise and issue invoices to clients on time.
• Maintain accurate records of correspondence and communications.
• Liaise with clients to resolve invoice queries.
• Book property resales and exchanges.
• Post purchase‑ledger invoices to Xero.
• Process field‑agent invoices.
• Provide general finance and administrative support as required.

Required profile

• Finance qualifications advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.

Required skills

• Xero accounting software.
• Microsoft Excel.
