Finance Business Partner – Commercial Finance

About the role

SRM RECRUITMENT LIMITED is partnering with a leading global business to hire a highly commercial Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. The role is highly visible, partnering with senior finance and non‑finance stakeholders to drive critical decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver analysis and insights on gross profit performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling activities.
• Maintain and enhance pricing, revenue, and margin models.
• Partner with business leaders to support pricing, commercial, and operational decision‑making.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and pricing governance initiatives.
• Develop KPI reporting and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
• Own day‑to‑day pricing and longer‑term strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CA qualified.
• 5+ years' experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Partnering, Pricing or a related role.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience analysing large datasets and translating findings into business actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
