Finance Business Partner

About the role

Autajon is seeking a Finance Business Partner (Industrial Controller) to support site Directors in strategic and operational decision‑making. You will act as the financial voice of the site, delivering reliable performance data and analysis to drive profitability across our luxury goods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, wines & spirits, and confectionery businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the site budget, rolling forecasts and business forecasts aligned with group and site strategy.
• Analyse costs, cost‑center structures, financial results and performance trends; update hourly rates and costing parameters.
• Identify and explain variances between actual performance and forecasts using bridge analyses; ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop profitability indicators, conduct weekly performance reviews with operations, and monitor industrial KPIs.
• Support commercial teams in tender processes and assist operational managers with business decisions.
• Participate in capital‑expenditure projects, prepare ROI assessments, and present post‑implementation reviews.
• Contribute to the implementation of the new ERP system and other group‑wide projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related business discipline (desirable).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyse financial data, support decision‑making and communicate insights to senior management.

• Experience with ERP systems.
