Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to work closely with the marketing and sales functions of a fast‑growing SME. You will translate financial data into actionable insights that drive revenue, profit and efficient spend.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to analyse performance, ROI and spend effectiveness.
• Produce financial modelling, dashboards and data visualisations that support commercial decision‑making.
• Track KPIs, variances and financial trends, presenting findings in a clear, business‑focused format.
• Refresh the way financial information is communicated across the organisation.
• Provide commercial analysis that influences strategy and prioritises investment.

Required profile

• Background in financial analysis, management accounting or finance business partnering.
• Part‑qualified or fully qualified CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent experience).
• Experience working with marketing or promotional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity and proactive attitude.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to non‑finance colleagues.
