Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner for a fast‑growing manufacturing business based in Deeside. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will prepare and present financial information for operational and commercial stakeholders, turning results into clear insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise management on short‑ and long‑term budgeting and financial matters to achieve strategic objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, follow up on variances and ensure key targets are met.
• Act as the financial conscience and business sparring partner for production and commercial teams.
• Provide cost calculations and financial insight into site performance, recommending process improvements.
• Organise and manage the site’s annual budget process.
• Analyse results against budgets and prior periods, produce variance reports and deliver actionable explanations.

Required profile

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and translate financial data for non‑financial colleagues.
