Finance Business Partner

About the role

This operational, insight‑driven Finance Business Partner role supports Parkdean Resorts’ regional directors and park teams in improving profitability and guest value. You will translate trading and financial data into clear actions, influencing cost control, operational performance and trading outcomes across the company’s 65 holiday parks.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional directors and park managers to turn financial data into actionable insight.
• Provide critical analysis of ROI and park‑level performance when required.
• Support business planning through robust financial modelling and analysis.
• Analyse account anomalies, work with central teams and parks, and update forecasts.
• Monitor KPI’s, benchmark parks monthly, and build related dashboards.
• Deliver month‑end analysis and data‑driven recommendations for regional directors.
• Create rolling re‑forecast programmes for key cost areas, integrating trading trends and operational insight.
• Assist the park budgeting process, engage directors on target phasing, and feedback to the commercial finance team.
• Proactively support strategic decision‑making with insight, data and commercial thinking.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with several years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience in leisure, hospitality or multi‑site operations is preferred.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities and experience with forecasting and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and constructive challenge skills.
• Ability to link operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support regional sites.
