Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are partnering with a leading capital‑intensive infrastructure business to hire a Finance Business Partner for their expanding finance team in central London. You will work closely with senior operational and commercial leaders, providing financial insight that drives strategic investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational and commercial teams to deliver financial insight and challenge assumptions.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses and investment appraisals.
• Support capital‑expenditure planning and business case development.
• Analyse performance data, identify risks and opportunities, and produce monthly management reports with commercial commentary.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and reporting processes.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or FP&A role within a fast‑paced, capital‑intensive environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, analytical and business‑focused mindset.
