Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to help shape and expand our FP&A function. This newly created position will work closely with business stakeholders to provide financial insight and support strategic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning, building and maintaining financial models.
• Deliver monthly performance analysis, variance reporting, KPI tracking and commercial insight.
• Partner with stakeholders to support decision‑making, strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, pre‑payments and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, data integrity and support month‑end, audit requirements and process improvements.

Required profile

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (partially qualified acceptable).
• Proven experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial models.
