Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are partnering with an NHS organisation that needs an experienced Finance Business Partner to support its financial management function. The role involves working within a large, complex public‑sector environment, providing financial insight and ensuring robust reporting and planning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop financial systems and general ledger processes.
• Support business planning and investment appraisal activities.
• Prepare internal financial reports and ensure compliance with NHS and public‑sector accounting standards.
• Analyse complex financial data to provide actionable insights for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive financial performance and efficiency.

Required profile

• Fully qualified member of a CCAB professional body.
• Significant experience in a financial management role within a large, complex organisation.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of financial and management accounting, including internal reporting.
• Experience of financial reporting in the NHS or similar public‑sector bodies.

What we offer

• Salary up to £62,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
