Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented finance professional to join ADM in Lopen on a permanent basis. The role will initially provide back‑fill support for a Financial Controller/Management Accountant while the business undergoes a major ERP transformation, before evolving into a Finance Business Partner supporting commercial and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journals and assist with management and group reporting.
• Produce financial KPI reports for local and wider management.
• Maintain schedules such as accruals and depreciation.
• Perform balance‑sheet and inter‑company reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Assist with the annual statutory audit and internal audits.
• Provide occasional accounts receivable/payable support and other accounting duties as required.
• After 18‑24 months, shift focus to commercial finance partnering, delivering insightful analysis, supporting strategic decisions and driving continuous improvement.

• Good communication skills for interacting with finance and business stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to develop a deep understanding of business operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems (general knowledge).
