Finance Business Partner – Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Finance Business Partner to join a progressive, expanding client in Milton Keynes. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the office, and offers the chance to work closely with senior operational leaders to shape financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver financial insight and commercial analysis.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Produce monthly management reports, analyse variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support strategic decisions through robust financial modelling and business case development.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure accurate, timely information.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Power BI (advantageous).
