Finance Change & Performance Manager

About the role

This 6‑month contract position supports a major change programme for a global fintech client. Working hybrid from Leeds (or alternate locations) you will partner with finance and operational teams to improve reporting, decision‑making and performance insight.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to identify challenges, analyse data and provide actionable insight.
• Develop and enhance management information, performance metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops and working groups to gather requirements and drive improvement initiatives.
• Support the delivery of finance and operational change projects, defining new processes, controls and reporting structures.
• Act as a trusted adviser during periods of transformation, helping teams understand performance and adopt new ways of working.

Required profile

• Commercially minded finance professional with experience in business partnering and change delivery.
• Strong analytical ability to generate insight and commentary for senior decision‑makers.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively across finance and operational functions.
• Comfortable with hybrid working (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) and occasional travel to Leeds if based elsewhere.
