Finance Consultant – First‑Time Mover

About the role

You will join a specialist consulting firm that delivers high‑quality advisory and project services to a diverse client portfolio. The position involves delivering client engagements from inception through to completion, working alongside senior team members and project leads. You will contribute to multiple assignments, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, quality standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver client engagements from start to finish, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct research and analysis, preparing reports and presentations for clients.
• Support client meetings and contribute to project deliverables.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
• Assist business development initiatives and support wider growth activities.

Required profile

• ACA qualified first‑time mover, preferably from a practice background (TS or Audit).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with clear communication of complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high‑quality work within deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and interest in supporting business growth initiatives.
