About the role

We are looking for a high‑calibre Finance Copy Editor to join our London‑based editorial team. The role sits at the heart of a fast‑paced, proprietary intelligence newsroom delivering data‑rich content on global telecoms, data centres, fibre, towers and broader digital infrastructure transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and refine proprietary intelligence articles, analysis and data‑driven content, ensuring speed, accuracy and consistency.
• Work on complex M&A and financing stories, strengthening structure, clarity and factual precision.
• Verify financial details, valuation metrics and compliance with legal and editorial standards.
• Support reporters and editors, improve editorial processes and help scale output and quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience editing or reporting on financial, business or M&A‑focused content.
• Strong understanding of M&A, DCM/ECM financing, valuation metrics and financial statements.
• Experience in fast‑paced, real‑time news or proprietary intelligence environments.
• Exceptional editing skills with meticulous attention to grammar, style and clarity.
• Solid grasp of legal and compliance considerations in financial journalism.
• High numeracy and confidence working with financial data.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and maintain accuracy at speed.
• Interest in digital infrastructure (telecoms, data centres, fibre, towers) is preferred.
