Finance Director

About the role

The Finance Director will join a highly successful international manufacturing business with circa £120m revenue. Reporting to the Managing Director EMEA and sitting on the senior leadership team, you will lead the finance function and partner closely with operational and commercial stakeholders across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete finance function, including full P&L responsibility.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the Managing Director and influence board‑level decisions.
• Support commercial decision‑making and drive business performance across the EMEA region.
• Oversee financial aspects of IT and manage finance for a global manufacturing and supply‑chain network.
• Develop and mentor the finance team, ensuring robust financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Significant senior finance leadership experience within an international manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chains and inventory‑led businesses.
• Proven ability to influence at board level while remaining hands‑on when required.
• Collaborative leadership style with credibility across operational, commercial and executive stakeholders.
