Finance ERP Implementation Consultant – Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Finance ERP Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of our Xpedeon SaaS platform for construction and engineering clients in the UK. You will work closely with senior finance stakeholders to configure financial modules, ensure CIS‑compliant payroll, and deliver successful go‑lives.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Xpedeon financial modules such as Accounts, Billing, AP/AR, Job Costing, Payroll, CIS and Project Accounting.
• Design chart of accounts, WIP tracking, retention accounting and project budgeting structures.
• Migrate and validate master and transactional data, including ledgers, vendor/sub‑contractor records and payroll history.
• Lead discovery workshops, translate business rules into system configurations and create process flows.
• Manage UAT, testing, reconciliation checks and ensure system readiness for deployment.
• Deliver training sessions for finance users and support post‑go‑live issue resolution.

Required profile

• Strong experience in UK construction accounting and finance.
• Hands‑on expertise in ERP implementation and configuration.
• Proven ability to work with senior finance teams and manage complex projects.
