About the role

Join Airbus’s Global Graduate Programme in Finance and embark on a three‑year, personalised development journey that combines hands‑on finance rotations with leadership training.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through six finance placements across the UK and Europe, gaining experience in cost accounting, planning & reporting, investor relations and programme controlling.
• Develop professional and leadership skills through workshops, a global graduate community and an annual development week.
• Study towards the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification and become a fully qualified Chartered Management Accountant.
• Collaborate with business partners and technical finance teams to support decision‑making and drive performance.

Required profile

• 2:1 degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• At least one year of management‑accounting or controlling experience.
• Willingness to be internationally mobile, moving between Airbus sites every six months.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Motivation to work in a collaborative, innovative finance environment.
