Finance Graduate Programme

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Graduate to join our Regulatory Reporting team in London. The role provides hands‑on experience preparing capital, credit and liquidity risk data for the UK regulator and offers a structured 12‑18 month rotation across core finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse data for capital, credit and liquidity risk reporting.
• Produce regulatory reports and ensure accuracy of information submitted to the regulator.
• Continuously improve existing reporting processes and implement regulatory changes.
• Document and maintain detailed desktop procedures.
• Automate reporting using the WIRES regulatory reporting system.
• Develop deep regulatory knowledge of Castle Trust Bank’s product set.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2:1 or above) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work from both London and Basingstoke offices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
