Our client, a growing financial services firm in Edenbridge, is seeking a recent finance graduate to join as a Finance Graduate Trainee. The role offers hands‑on experience, structured training and the chance to develop a long‑term career in financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Support advisers and client relationship teams with day‑to‑day tasks.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, client documentation and conducting research.
• Analyse financial data and help produce recommendations.
• Develop knowledge of financial products, services and industry regulations.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Contribute to business projects and support company growth.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability with high attention to detail.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, professional and motivated attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
