About the role
Robert Half is partnering with a long‑standing client in North Bristol to hire an SME Finance Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, starting as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare management accounts and identify/reconcile issues.
- Support the transactional team with finance processes.
- Calculate and post manual provisions, including accruals and pre‑payments.
- Manage VAT return preparation and related reconciliations.
- Partner with operational teams on finance matters.
- Assist with year‑end duties.
Required profile
- Open to professionally qualified candidates, those qualified by experience, or part‑qualified.
- Previous experience in a similar finance role, ideally within an SME environment.
