Finance Manager – Business Partner & Future Controller

About the role

Talent Finance Ltd is partnering with a growing business to hire a Finance Manager who will act as a true business partner. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight and supporting strategic initiatives while preparing for a future Financial Controller position.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly management accounts and reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow planning.
• Deliver meaningful financial analysis and performance insight.
• Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to drive business decisions.
• Support strategic projects, growth initiatives and profitability reporting.
• Develop reporting controls and improve financial processes.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the finance team.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, part‑qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Current experience as a Management Accountant, Senior Management Accountant, Assistant Finance Manager or Finance Manager.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate numbers into business insight.
• Confident stakeholder management and a desire for career progression.
