Finance Manager – Construction Sector

About the role

Join a well‑established industrial construction firm with over 40 years of experience. As Finance Manager you will work in an office environment with an early finish on Fridays, supporting the finance team of a multi‑million‑pound business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and balance sheets.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Support the Finance Administrator with accounts receivable and credit control.
• Monitor staff training records and certification to ensure compliance.
• Assist with financial planning and reporting for the construction division.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
• Ability to commute to Urmston, Greater Manchester.
