Finance Manager (D365 / PowerBI)

About the role

We are partnering with an ambitious international services business in Blackburn that is transforming its finance function. As Finance Manager you will lead reporting, system optimisation and management information, ensuring accurate and timely insight for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial reporting and analysis, delivering management accounts for multiple entities.
• Lead the optimisation and ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including data quality and Power BI dashboards.
• Coordinate and improve month‑end reporting processes and support the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Mentor and manage a finance team, acting as the technical point of contact.
• Support treasury activities, cash management and broader financial control processes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance financial processes and reporting capability.

Required profile

• Qualified, part‑qualified or QBE finance professional.
• Proven experience in management reporting and month‑end processes.
• Leadership experience managing a finance team.
• Experience in a multi‑entity or international environment is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for improving processes.
