Finance Manager – Hybrid, £50k-£60k

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead a small finance team in Oxfordshire. This hybrid role offers the chance to own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement across a multi‑entity environment while working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a finance team
• Manage monthly and annual financial reporting processes
• Produce management accounts and financial analysis
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes
• Cash‑flow forecasting and treasury management
• Manage VAT returns and regulatory compliance
• Oversee balance‑sheet reconciliations and fixed‑asset accounting
• Support year‑end audit activities
• Improve finance systems, controls and operational processes
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Experienced Finance Manager or ambitious Management Accountant ready for the next step
• Confident people manager with strong leadership skills
• Highly analytical with excellent commercial awareness
