Finance Manager – Hybrid, Warrington

About the role
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join a fast‑growing SME manufacturing business based just outside Warrington. The role is hybrid, offering a blend of office and remote work, and reports directly to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the month‑end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting to investors.
- Prepare statutory accounts and support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Partner with commercial, sales and other divisions to provide financial insight.
- Drive improvements to finance processes, controls and systems.
Required profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, preferably with a practice background.
- Strong technical accounting expertise and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent workload management and stakeholder communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with an ERP system
