Finance Manager – Hybrid Working

About the role

This Finance Manager position is based near Redhill in South East England and offers a hybrid working model. You will join a growing, global engineering/manufacturing business and support the finance team of five.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the standard costing model.
• Support budget setting and forecasting processes.
• Assist with overseas accounting matters, including VAT returns.
• Calculate and review cost of goods sold.
• Oversee payroll operations.

Required profile

• Strong overall understanding of accounting principles.
• ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification (part‑qualified accepted).
• Excellent Excel proficiency and systems knowledge.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments, particularly inventory accounting and standard costing.
• Some knowledge of payroll.
