Finance Manager

About the role

Flogas is seeking a Finance Manager to provide financial, commercial and strategic support to its sales and commercial business units. You will help optimise margin performance and drive sales volume growth while supporting the company’s transition to renewable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the operations team by recommending cost‑reduction measures, reviewing capital expenditure and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Lead efficiency improvement projects across the business.
• Develop, produce and review KPIs and financial information to monitor performance.
• Provide analytical cost support, identify trends, and suggest improvements to maximise opportunities.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to align cost considerations with sales and strategic plans.
• Identify under‑performing areas and work with stakeholders to implement performance improvement plans.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA).
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness, business acumen and professional scepticism.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, manage tight deadlines and prioritise tasks.
• High personal integrity, pragmatic approach and flexibility.
