Finance Manager

About the role

Infiniium Ltd is a fast‑growing international e‑commerce business seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager. This senior, hands‑on position will own the full spectrum of financial operations and work directly with the Director and external accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of financial planning, reporting and budget control.
• Prepare cash‑flow forecasts, management reports and monthly management accounts.
• Approve supplier invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile e‑commerce transactions on Shopify, Amazon and other platforms.
• Ensure timely VAT, PAYE and corporation tax filings and maintain compliance with HMRC and e‑commerce tax rules.
• Advise on tax‑efficient dividend strategies and support directors with personal tax planning.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to improve profit margins.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a retail or online business.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
