About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well‑established real estate debt private markets manager to join its high‑performing finance team as a Finance Manager. You will act as a commercial finance partner, working closely with senior leadership and investment professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial and statutory reporting.
• Produce management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Support audit processes and governance requirements.
• Partner with business units to provide commercial insight and decision support.
• Enhance finance processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Help evolve the finance function to meet the needs of a growing private‑markets business.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with post‑qualified experience in real estate or real estate debt.
• Experience within an investment‑management environment, preferably in private credit, private debt, real estate investment or real estate debt.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and investment teams.
