Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave for a market‑leading business in the St Austell area. This role offers the chance to influence financial performance, work closely with senior leaders and contribute to cost‑efficiency initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Produce weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive performance and cost efficiencies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Deliver commercial insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain financial controls, manage costs and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the Site Leadership Team.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar finance role within an industry or FMCG environment.
• Part‑qualified or equivalent exposure to professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
