Finance Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing international fintech to strengthen its finance function. As Finance Manager you will combine technical accounting expertise with a passion for finance transformation and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Prepare consolidated management accounts across multiple entities and currencies.
• Own balance‑sheet reconciliations and maintain a robust financial control environment.
• Support statutory reporting and coordinate external audits.
• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Drive finance transformation through automation and process enhancements.
• Lead finance systems implementation and optimisation projects.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology and Operations to improve systems, integrations and reporting.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Strong experience with consolidations, intercompany accounting and multi‑currency reporting.
• Proven track record of implementing finance systems and automating manual processes.
• Solid understanding of financial controls and governance.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, insurance or other regulated environments is a plus.
