Finance Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a world‑class global marketing agency and need a Finance Manager to join their senior UK finance team. This pivotal role bridges financial operations with day‑to‑day business activities, offering hands‑on responsibility across the UK financial function and the potential to become a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the UK month‑end cycle, delivering accurate UK and US GAAP reporting, cash‑flow monitoring and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary finance lead for the UK, providing insight to department heads, managing budgets and resolving operational challenges.
• Lead daily finance operations, supervise the team, standardise workflows, automate manual tasks and improve data reliability.
• Manage audit readiness and internal controls, ensuring robust, documented processes that support global reporting standards.

Required profile

• ACA (or equivalent) qualified with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven background in multi‑entity agency or project‑based finance.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and US GAAP.
• NetSuite experience is highly desirable; advanced Excel skills essential.
• Available immediately or on short notice.
