Finance Manager

About the role

Due to continued growth, KCR Solutions are assisting this expanding business in their search for an experienced and proactive Finance Manager. Operating within a thriving and fast‑paced property sector environment, this is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to the success of a growing organisation. Working as part of a busy finance team of five, you will take responsibility for the financial management of eight separate legal entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, and supporting the senior leadership team with key financial information and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations using Sage Line 50.
• Manage financial records for eight legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare year‑end accounts for all group companies and liaise with external accountants.
• Post and review year‑end journals, accruals, pre‑payments and other accounting adjustments.
• Maintain and reconcile fixed‑asset registers across all entities.
• Allocate rental payments using specialist property‑management software and oversee supplier payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior accounting position, preferably 10+ years.
• Experience managing finances of multiple legal entities.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience supporting and mentoring junior finance team members.

Required skills

• Sage Line 50 (essential).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
