Finance Manager – Live Entertainment

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing entertainment ticketing business to hire its first Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the COO, you will own the day‑to‑day finance function and play a pivotal role in a dynamic, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage payroll operations for the organisation.
• Run the critical weekly settlement cycle across agents, theatres and box‑office networks.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and analytical processes.
• Provide financial insights to senior leadership and founders.

Required profile

• Experience in ticketing, entertainment or media finance is advantageous.
• Strong interest in a fast‑moving, SME environment.
• Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Ability to work closely with founders and senior stakeholders.
• Team player with confident communication skills.
