Finance Manager – Newly Qualified

About the role
This position is for a newly qualified Finance Manager to join a privately‑owned property investment and development business in London. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work within a small finance team and act as a bridge between accounting, reporting and the commercial side of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reporting for a portfolio of commercial and residential assets.
- Own the statutory reporting process and liaise with external auditors.
- Prepare, deliver and maintain budgets and forecasts.
- Partner with the commercial team on cash‑flow analysis and asset performance monitoring.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant with 3‑5 years of experience, preferably in construction or property development.
- Strong understanding of statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Motivated to take ownership of finance functions and grow with the company.
