Finance Manager (Part-Time, Hybrid)

About the role

This part‑time Finance Manager role sits at the heart of a fast‑growing international business. You will own the finance function, supporting the company’s expansion while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Month‑end processes, reconciliations, purchase ledger and payment runs
• Management accounts, cash‑flow forecasting and treasury management
• VAT returns, statutory filings and Companies House submissions
• Payroll and preparation of annual financial statements
• Project accounting for international developments and joint ventures
• Liaising with accountants, advisers and banking partners

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification preferred (equivalent experience considered)
• Strong financial operations and management reporting experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a small team environment
