Finance Manager – Private Aesthetic Clinic

About the role

Cadogan Clinic, the UK’s most awarded private aesthetic clinic, is seeking a proactive Finance Manager to join its leadership team. You will oversee daily financial operations, manage a small finance team, and collaborate closely with the Finance Director to ensure accurate reporting and robust internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day financial activities, including cash flow, invoicing and month‑end close.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Prepare and present management accounts, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Manage monthly payroll processing and quarterly VAT submissions.
• Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and internal control frameworks.
• Support senior leadership with commercial insight and cost‑optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• ACCA/ACA or CIMA qualified (or finalist).
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role with line‑management responsibility.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Detail‑focused, proactive and accountable approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior leaders.

What we offer

• Salary up to £60,000 DOE.
• 31 days annual leave (rising to 33 after two years).
