About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a fast‑growing media business on an urgent basis. The role is fully remote and ideal for a hands‑on professional who can quickly take ownership of month‑end processes and support the wider finance function.
Key responsibilities
- Manage month‑end processes and resolve related queries
- Lead large‑volume balance‑sheet reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy of accruals, pre‑payments and fixed‑asset register
- Support financial controls and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with business teams to resolve finance‑related questions
Required profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant
- Strong background in balance‑sheet reconciliations, accruals and month‑end accounting
- Experience managing fixed‑asset registers in an SME environment
- Ability to start immediately and work independently
