Finance Manager – Roastery

About the role

The Finance Manager – Roastery supports the Basildon Roastery leadership team within Costa Coffee’s Supply Chain Finance function. You will be responsible for delivering accurate reporting, effective cost management and transparent financial insight for the roastery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the roastery, ensuring forward‑looking cost management.
• Produce clear reporting, analysis and insights to support decision‑making.
• Maintain integrity of cost reporting and conduct actual cost analysis.
• Set and maintain standard costs and drive cost optimisation initiatives.
• Align financial activities with company strategy and support senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance management within a supply‑chain or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical ability to deliver accurate reporting and insightful business analysis.
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams and influencing financial decisions.
