Finance & Operations Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm)

About the role

This temporary position supports a fast‑growing cosmetics and lifestyle brand as it scales its e‑commerce and B2B operations. The role blends finance administration with order‑fulfilment, offering the chance to become a permanent member of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Process B2B sales orders in NetSuite and manage the order lifecycle from receipt to delivery.
• Liaise with warehouse partners to ensure timely fulfilment and monitor 5‑6 touchpoints per order.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, maintaining high accuracy in NetSuite records.
• Post transactional finance entries, handle B2C Shopify transactions, raise and post invoices.
• Support month‑end transactional activities and day‑to‑day finance administration.

Required profile

• Experience in transactional finance or finance administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• Confidence in liaising with customers and ability to raise issues early.

What we offer

• Day rate of £150‑£180 (DOE)
• Office‑based role in Paddington, London, Tuesday‑Thursday with flexibility for the right candidate.
• Start date 14‑15 July, with potential to transition to a permanent position.
