Finance Operations Manager – Design

About the role
In a newly created position within a global design business, you will lead the Accounts Payable team and take full ownership of the group’s financial operations, reporting to the Financial Controller.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of three Finance Assistants.
- Manage cash‑flow, payments and banking operations.
- Oversee controls, compliance and governance across the finance function.
- Drive finance systems and process improvements.
Required profile
- Proven team‑leadership experience in finance.
- Ability to influence finance teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in high‑volume, multi‑currency environments.
