About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join a leading international financial services organisation. The role is ideal for a qualified accountant with deep insurance finance operations experience, responsible for leading multiple finance functions and driving technology‑led transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor Finance Operations managers and their teams.
• Oversee Treasury, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Credit Control functions.
• Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency across Finance.
• Support finance transformation programmes and implementation of new systems and technologies.
• Develop KPI reporting and performance dashboards.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and audit readiness.
• Build strong relationships across Finance and wider business functions.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant.
• Proven Finance Operations leadership experience within the insurance sector.
• Strong background in finance transformation and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading teams through organisational change.
• Exposure to automation, workflow or AI‑enabled finance solutions is advantageous.
