Finance & Supply Assistant – Italian Speaker

About the role

The Finance & Supply Assistant will support a growing European operation for a well‑established business expanding in Italy. Reporting to finance, operations and sales teams, you will act as the main liaison between UK and Italian stakeholders, ensuring smooth invoicing and supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer and supplier invoicing, handling queries and ensuring timely processing.
• Support finance administration tasks, including accounts payable and reporting.
• Liaise with Italian customers, suppliers and internal sales teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with order processing and coordinate supply‑chain activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational administration.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with international stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop.
