Finance Systems Analyst (Financial Planning, EPM/CPM, PowerBI)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to join a global FTSE100 organisation. Working closely with the Group Head of Consolidation & Reporting, you will maintain and evolve the IBM TM1 consolidation platform and create high‑impact Power BI dashboards that support finance planning and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Support the build, maintenance and automation of the TM1 finance consolidation system.
• Extract, transform and load data using SQL to ensure a single source of truth for finance reporting.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that deliver real‑time insights into P&L, cash flow and commercial trends.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity across the finance ecosystem.
• Automate manual, repetitive processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to finance users on TM1 best practices.
• Support non‑financial data owners with operating company submissions and reporting.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience with IBM TM1 or a comparable financial consolidation platform.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation and aggregation.
• Proven experience building professional Power BI dashboards for finance analytics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
